Ear / Hearing

Hearing loss affects one in ten North Americans. Our otolaryngologists are trained in both the medical and surgical treatment of hearing loss, ear infections, balance disorders, ear noise (tinnitus), and some cranial nerve disorders.

Audiology

Our professional staff provide treatment for hearing disorders, including evaluation of hearing function and rehabilitation of patients with hearing impairments.

Nasal Sinus Care & Surgery

About 35 million people develop chronic sinusitis each year, making it one of the most common health complaints in America. Care of the nasal cavity and sinuses is one of the primary skills of our otolaryngologists as well as problems in the nasal area including allergies, smell disorders, polyps, and nasal obstruction due to a deviated septum.

In-Office Balloon Sinuplasty

Balloon Sinuplasty devices are an endoscopic, catheter-based system proven to provide relief from painful and nagging sinus symptoms. Opening blocked sinus passageways facilitates drainage of the mucus that builds up and results in pain. When the sinus balloon is inflated it restructures and widens the walls of the sinus passageway, while maintaining the integrity of the sinus lining.

Inspire (UAS)

Inspire therapy works inside your body with your natural breathing process to treat obstructive sleep apnea. It continuously monitors your breathing patterns while you sleep. Based on your unique breathing patterns, the system delivers mild stimulation to key airway muscles which keeps the airway open while you sleep.

PROPEL Sinus Stent

The PROPEL Contour is a dissolvable drug-eluting sinus stent that is placed after sinus surgery in the frontal (behind the forehead) or maxillary (behind the cheeks) sinuses. PROPEL Contour incorporates a unique hourglass design that conforms to the sinus openings, delivering medication and mechanical support where it is needed to optimize surgical outcomes.

SINUVA™ (mometasone furoate) Sinus Implant

SINUVA is a sinus implant that treats nasal polyps without surgery. It's designed to open in the sinus cavity and release anti-inflammatory medicine to treat nasal polyps for up to 90 days.

Pediatric ENT Conditions

More than three million American children have a hearing loss, and an estimated 1.3 million of them are under three years of age. Hearing loss can be temporary, caused by ear wax, middle ear fluid, or infections. Many children with temporary hearing loss can have their hearing restored through medical treatment or minor surgery.

Allergy Treatment

We provide allergy treatment for hay fever, seasonal and perennial rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, laryngitis, sore throat, otitis media, dizziness and other sensitivities that affect the ear, nose, and throat.

Throat Care & Surgery

Communicating (speech and singing) and eating a meal all involve this vital area. Our otolaryngologists have expertise in managing diseases of the throat, larynx (voice box), and the upper aero-digestive tract or esophagus, including voice and swallowing disorders.

Head and Neck

In the head and neck area our otolaryngologists are trained to treat infections, benign (non-cancerous) and malignant (cancerous) tumors, facial trauma, and deformities of the face. They perform both cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Sleep Disorder Treatment

If you are unable to sleep or are suffering from incessant snoring, we are here to treat your sleep problems including snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia, sleep deprivation, and restless legs syndrome at our state-of-the-art sleep center.

Turbinate Reduction

Turbinate reduction (also known as turbinoplasty or turbinectomy) is a surgical procedure that reduces the overall size of the turbinates allowing for airflow which results in symptommatic relief of nasal obstruction and congestion.

Snoreplasty: Soft Palate Reduction

Snoreplasty is a nonsurgical treatment for snoring that involves the injection of a hardening agent into the upper palate reducing the loudness and incidence of primary snoring (snoring without apnea, or cessation of breath).

Facial Plastics & Skin Care

Our otolaryngologists provide cosmetic, functional, and reconstructive surgical treatment of abnormalities of the face and neck and ear. Treating: deviated septum, rhinoplasty (nose), face lift, cleft palate, drooping eyelids, and other ear deformities.
